Daytime Non-Wedding Rental Fee Schedule

Scheduled in two or four hour blocks during regular hours of operation

Admission to the Garden for wedding party and guests
Use of the reception hall (heated/cooled, indoor space)
Scheduled use of a caterer’s kitchen with refrigerator, running water, commercial proofer, commercial refrigerator, and microwave.
Renting a 2 hour block of time will get an additional 1 hour set-up time
Renting a 4 hour block of time will get an additional 2 hour set-up time

Carl A. Totemeier Horticulture Center and Tyson Terrace: $375 / 2-hour block; $525 / 4-hour block
Rose Perennial Garden and Great Lawn: $415 / 2-hour block; $600 / 4-hour block
Both areas: $566 / 2-hour block; $750 / 4-hour block; Each additional hour $150

Please call for an all day weekday rate

Scheduled in one four-hour block, after the garden is closed to the public.

Carl A. Totemeier Horticulture Center and Tyson Terrace: $640 / 4-hour block
Rose Garden and Great Lawn: $710 / 4-hour block
Both areas: $1,700 / 4-hour block; Each additional hour $150
