Saturday, April 25 | 12:00 – 4:00 pm
Please join the Botanical Garden of the Ozarks as we applaud 50 years of Earth Day celebrations with our own Earth Day Festival on Saturday, April 25, from noon to 4 pm. We will honor the Earth with music, scavenger hunts, make-and-take seed bombs and learn about animals and reptiles – up close.
Families are encouraged to ride their bikes on the Razorback Regional Greenway to the botanical garden, as we will have bicycle valets to watch over your bike. Ozark Natural Foods will have healthy, delicious food items available for purchase.
This event unites the community and celebrates our shared desire to protect the environment and save our planet by teaching children and their families the importance of reducing, reusing and recycling.
Guests can also learn about beekeeping, hold baby pigs and goats, participate in a guided “wild animal” hike, meet Cornelius the corn snake, see Arkansas native fish, meet Otto the Otter and learn more about conserving our local water source. A family-friendly event you won’t want to miss!
Tickets are only the cost of general garden admission: $7/adults, $4/children ages 5-12, children 4 and under are free.
