FITNESS IN THE GARDEN
Come get fit at the garden! Fitness in the Garden will take place Saturday mornings during the month of May. Tai Chi and Qi Gong classes will be offered from 9:00 to 10:00 am on the Great Lawn or near the Education Cottage. All classes will be aimed at teaching beginners. Class will be canceled if it is raining.
Tai Chi and Qi Gong are different names for the same internal martial art. It is a moving meditation with many health benefits, as well as a sophisticated martial art.

Join us on April 29 for World Tai Chi Day at the garden! There will be special demonstrations and workshops offered, all levels welcome.
