Sunday, February 27 | 1:00 – 3:00 pm
Young trees need pruning and special care to develop and grow correctly. Join Dr. Gerald Klingaman for a class on how to prune young trees. This will take place outdoors where Dr. Klingaman will share his knowledge through an interactive class. We will use the trees in the Garden’s Klingaman Arboretum as test subjects, so participants get first-hand experience. Dr. Klingman was a professor of Horticulture at the University of Arkansas for 32 years before working as a volunteer and staff member at the Botanical Garden of the Ozarks.
This class has a rain date: Sunday, March 6 from 1:00 -3:00 pm
Cost: $20 member / $30 nonmembers (Not a member? Join or renew today!)
