PLEASE NOTE: This class has reached capacity for live participation. However, you may purchase a recording of the virtual class. The cost is $15 for nonmembers and free for BGO members (Not a member? Join or renew today!). You will receive the recording a day or two after the class and will have access to it for 7 days before it expires. If you’d like to purchase the class recording, click the link below!
This class will be offered virtually via Zoom. Are you interested in growing your own food? Do you want to start a vegetable garden at home but you don’t know where to begin? If you answered yes to either of these questions then please come join us to learn the basics from the comfort of your own home with BGO! This class was developed by BGO Horticulture Supervisor Megan Lankford, but will be taught this season by Education Director Roslyn Imrie, who has been gardening all her life and tends a large garden on her farm when she is not teaching about gardening at BGO.
This class will take place virtually on Zoom and will include a printable guide for planting in the Ozarks. Registration is required and space is limited.
*Please be aware, we do not offer refunds for our classes and workshops. Exchanges may be considered on a case by case basis if they are made at least one week in advance.
